Actor and performer Shivaji Satam, who is most popular for assuming the part of ACP Pradyuman in well known wrongdoing TV series CID, in a new meeting with Hindustan Times, drilled down into the restricted work that he has been getting. He said during the meeting, “I won’t say that I am getting many offers. Nahi hai toh nahi hai.” He added, “There are a couple of offers that are not fascinating too. I’m from Marathi theater, I have consistently done ventures that I enjoyed.”
The entertainer, who highlighted in a short job in the 2021 raw fiction Haseen Dillruba, added during the meeting with HT, “However we can sit idle. It’s my misfortune that no strong characters are being composed. It’s a misfortune on the two sides. As an entertainer, I pass up great work and the crowd passes up great entertainers.”
The entertainer said that he is “burnt out on being home,” and added, “Tomorrow assuming CID begins once more, I’ll be squarely in the front to do the task. I’m not worn out on playing the person, however burnt out on being home.”
CID, which previously circulated in 1997, included Shivaji Satam as ACP Pradyuman, Senior Inspectors Aditya Srivastava (Abhijeet) and Dayanand Shetty (Daya) in lead jobs. The show effectively broadcasted near 1,500 episodes. The show went through a few changes with the cast. Dinesh Phadnis, Narendra Gupta and Shraddha Musale, among numerous others were a piece of the show. CID was one of the longest running analyst shows on Indian TV.
